If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, address, credit card information, and other personal information.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring month.
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible to use it properly, and with the terms shown here.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping cost is applied to all orders according to the availability per area displayed in the “shipping section” and selected by the user.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.
Mixology Ice is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We do not return any product, once you confirm your order and pay for it, you will have 12 hours to contact us to cancel your order or make any changes to it. If you do not contact us during that period, we won’t be able to return or change your order.
